EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation)

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requires companies importing, producing, or trading commodities such as soy, palm oil, coffee, cocoa, cattle, and wood to prove their products are deforestation-free. If your business operates within the EU market and handles these products, EUDR compliance is mandatory.

You’ll need due diligence statements, geolocation data of production sites, supplier verification records, and evidence that your products are deforestation-free. We assist in preparing and submitting all required documents through the EU EUDR platform.

BDO & KOBiZE – Polish Environmental Reporting

A: BDO (Baza Danych o Odpadach) is Poland’s Waste Management Database. Companies that manufacture, import, or handle packaging and waste must register in BDO and submit annual reports. We manage your entire registration and reporting process from start to finish.

KOBiZE requires annual greenhouse gas emission reports from facilities emitting CO₂ or other pollutants. These include data on energy use, emission calculations, and relevant documentation.

Carbon Footprint and CSRD reporting

• Scope 1 – Direct emissions from owned or controlled sources (e.g., vehicles, heating systems).
• Scope 2 – Indirect emissions from purchased energy (electricity, heat, or steam).
• Scope 3 – All other indirect emissions from your value chain (suppliers, logistics, waste).
We calculate all three scopes according to the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 standards.

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires large EU companies to publish detailed environmental and ESG data. We prepare CSRD-compliant sustainability and carbon footprint reports and help develop emission reduction strategies.
